¿Cómo empiezo?

Abre mshopply.com/app o la app en tu móvil, elige tu país y crea tu cuenta. Después añade tus cuentas y tarjetas con su saldo de hoy.

Olvidé mi contraseña

Escríbenos desde el correo con el que te registraste y te ayudamos a recuperar el acceso.

¿Cómo cancelo la suscripción?

Si pagaste en la web: en la app, ve a Ajustes → tu plan → Gestionar o cancelar mi plan.
iPhone: Ajustes → tu nombre → Suscripciones → MSHOPPLY → Cancelar.
Android: Google Play → tu foto → Pagos y suscripciones → Suscripciones → MSHOPPLY → Cancelar.

Tu plan sigue activo hasta el final del periodo que ya pagaste.

¿Cómo descargo mis datos?

En la app, ve a Ajustes → Descargar mis datos. También puedes descargar los movimientos de cada mes en PDF o Excel desde Movimientos.

¿Cómo borro mi cuenta?

En la app, ve a Ajustes → Borrar mi cuenta y mis datos. Se eliminan al momento todos tus datos. Si no puedes entrar, escríbenos a hola@mshopply.com desde el correo de tu cuenta y la borramos por ti.

How do I start?

Open mshopply.com/app or the app on your phone, pick your country and create your account. Then add your accounts and cards with today's balances.

I forgot my password

Email us from the address you signed up with and we'll help you get back in.

How do I cancel my subscription?

If you paid on the web: in the app, go to Settings → your plan → Manage or cancel my plan.
iPhone: Settings → your name → Subscriptions → MSHOPPLY → Cancel.
Android: Google Play → your photo → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → MSHOPPLY → Cancel.

Your plan stays active until the end of the period you've already paid for.

How do I download my data?

In the app, go to Settings → Download my data. You can also download each month's transactions as PDF or Excel from Transactions.

How do I delete my account?

In the app, go to Settings → Delete my account and data. All your data is erased right away. If you can't sign in, email hola@mshopply.com from your account's address and we'll delete it for you.
